Work in confined spaces: register for CNFME CATEC® training!

The IOWater National Training Centre for Water Professions was, in 2012, the first Training Organization authorized to provide training for the Certificate of Ability to Work in Confined Spaces (CATEC®).

In the context of CATEC®, the CNFME has developed visitable sanitation facilities that are unique in France, particularly in terms of the associated educational facilities.

Dans la perspective du CATEC®, le CNFME s'est doté d'ouvrages visitables d'assainissement constituant un outil unique en France, notamment par les équipements pédagogiques associés dont il est doté.

The most spectacular installation is a 100 m long underground network, supplied with water and therefore very realistic. It allows participants to be safely placed in situations very close to real conditions. It also allows the simulation of alerts or accidents for advanced training of trainees.
