New developments in ecological engineering

Ecological engineering appears to be a solution to meet the current challenges of protecting, managing and restoring the environment.

In this context, the International Office for Water has researched and identified projects that have implemented the principles of ecological engineering. Working in close collaboration with project leaders, detailed technical data sheets were drawn up for around ten projects in Europe and abroad. Each sheet details the objectives of the projects, as well as their main technical and financial aspects. They also describe the progress of the project, the results obtained and propose areas for improvement for similar projects.

These sheets will help to enrich French and international actors with feedback on experience in ecological engineering.
